Will uploading files to AlphaY.io violate my NDA agreements?

Files you store in our system are not processed by AI analysis by default. AI is run on Lisitng numbers and description you enter. If we release file based AI features in the future, they will be opt-in only on a file-by-file basis, giving you complete control over what gets analyzed.

How do you handle AI analysis and data training?

While we utilize leading AI providers including Anthropic, Perplexity, and OpenAI alongside our proprietary models, we maintain strict data protection protocols:

  • No training permissions: Our settings with all 3rd party AI providers explicitly prevent your data from being used for model training
  • Anonymous processing: Any AI analysis uses anonymized financial data with no connection to specific listings, names, or email addresses
  • Your control: You decide what gets analyzed and when

Can other users see my data?

No. Your data is completely private and isolated. Other users cannot access, view, or interact with your listings, financial analyses, or any other information you store on the platform.

What happens to my data if I stop using AlphaY.io?

We guarantee data retention for 30 days after account subscription ends or is terminated and no longer than one year after payment lapses. Complete details are available in our privacy policy.

Can I upgrade my service plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time, including switching from monthly to annual billing to take advantage of cost savings.
